Jean's hat party Going to Ascot this year? We were invited to Bloom florist’s in St Albans where owner Jean introduced her manager Andrea and hat designer Andrew Fisher. What fantastic creations he makes! Of course, all the guests were persuaded to wear the hats and we were there to photograph them! Apart from flowers and hats, Jean (wearing pink) also has a fine collection of Beryl Cook limited edition prints.
